How to retrieve 2 years of data into Payroll History Spreadsheet

The Payroll History options are for only the Fiscal Year or Calendar Year. Unfortunately we do not have the function to bring in a range of dates at this time.

This is what we have suggested to some of our other customers:

Refresh 2013-2014 Payroll History. Select the exact codes that you need from the Settings Tab

Delete months that you do not need. Filter for (July1 2013 through October 2013) in the month column, highlight and select delete rows.

This will leave you with November 2013 through June 2014.  When you select All for the month column filters you will see November 2013 through June 2014.  When you highlight to delete rows, be sure to not delete the Totals at the end of the data.

Save the spreadsheet with a different name

Open Payroll History again, refresh with 2014-2015

Copy the data July 2014 through November 2014 to the saved spreadsheet. Select Insert Copied Cells so that the grand total will move when data is inserted. Save data again.

Click on the Pivot Table and click Refresh Data button so that your Pivot Table refreshes with the data that you copied into the sheet

I moved the Check Date down into the Pivot Table so that I could see that my dates are correct. Notice the screen print below has November 2013 and November 2014.
