The Purchase Order Spreadsheet is the best method to look at dollar amounts spent. Refresh and click on the Purchase Order Pivot Table tab.
1. On Settings tab - select Year 3 to view 2012-2013 activity
2. Click on the Status option in the top section of the Pivot Table and remove the V (voided) items. We have discovered that with the new LINQ software that the requisitions are not converted to a PO but show as a blank in the PO column and a Status of V for void. This creates duplicate $ amounts in the Line Item Total column - one for the voided requisition and one for the PO that was generated. You will want to remove the Void in order to have an accurate $ amount.
3. Click inside the data area under the column for Line Item Total.
4. Click on the A/Z sort Icon and select Largest to Smallest on the menu tool bar. This will sort the entire column with your largest dollar items at the top.
The Master Vendor List spreadsheet usually has $ amounts spent for each Vendor for the current year. We noticed that the ISeries 6 version is not showing $ amounts in those columns so we will be researching. Once we determine if Dollar amounts are available, we will adjust the Master Vendor sheet to show the $ activity. There is a Subtotal button available that also sorts Vendors from High to Low dollars once we determine if this information is available in the ISeries version.
