How to Reschedule a Trip 

Go to the Main tab and click "Your Trip Requests" on the left side of your screen. You will see the list of your upcoming trips
Find your trip and select that trip by clicking on the blue trip number.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select “Reschedule Trip” -

You will enter the new leave date and time along with the new return date and time. Click on OK.

If the trip has already been approved, the trip will not need to go back through the approval process, but anybody who originally approved the trip will get an email informing them of the change. If a vehicle and/or driver had been assigned, the vehicle(s) and/or driver will be deleted and the vehicle owner will need to assign again.
